  Event Details Location: Johnsburg High School 2002 W Ringwood Rd. Johnsburg, IL 60051 Time: Wrestlers check-in (6:45 - 8:00am) wrestling begins at 9am Entry Fee: $30 per wrestler through Dec-31 / $35 after Jan-1 Registration: Coaches make a request for their club participation by emailing spartan300@spartanwrestlingclub.org ; upon approval, coaches will be given credential to submit their rosters on Trackwrestling Limits: max 25 wrestlers per club; registration closes Feb-1, or when max of 300 wrestlers has been reached; no refunds per Trackwrestling std policy Weigh-Ins: remote weigh-in; honor system; spot checking as needed; if a wrestler weighed is found to be beyond a reasonable and acceptable overage, your entire team will be asked to weigh in and you will delay the tournament. Divisions: Tot / Bantam / Intermediate / Novice / Senior - IKWF age groups Format: Tot - 4 man straight bracket; all other divisions will be 8-man straight brackets with wrestle backs through 8th place; wrestling on first available mat Awards: all wrestlers will receive awards - 1st through 8th place Seating: bleacher seating in both gyms Concessions: available all day including breakfast and lunch Spectator fee: Adults $6 / Students $4 / Kids 5 and under are free Hospitality: dedicated hospitality room for coaches and officials Rules: All wrestlers must be attached to an IKWF club. All coaches must be on the IKWF roster - NO EXCEPTIONS; all IKWF, IHSA, USAW, and NFHS rules apply. Unruly or unhinged parents/fans will be ejected. Good sportsmanship rules the day!
